The deadline to participate in the ICC Banking Commission 2016 ICC Global Survey on Trade Finance is extended to 11 March 2016.

Register for the ICC Banking Commission Meeting in Johannesburg
The window to register for the 2016 ICC Banking Commission Annual Meeting is closing. The meeting will be held for the first time in Africa will gather experts and leading figures from across the trade finance industry to discuss the trends, hurdles and prospects of the trade finance landscape.
Taking place in Johannesburg, South Africa on 4-7 April , the event will feature a series of insightful and interactive plenary and breakout sessions as well as roundtable discussions covering topics such as global and regional economies, supply chain finance, global risk and mitigation, and international development, among others.
The latest agenda including the list of speakers line-up is now available for download.

eBSI Export Academy's CEO Thomas Smith met with the Romanian Ambassador to Ireland on 29 February 2016.

The Romanian Commercial Attache Mr. Dumitru Anca also attended the meeting where the Export Capacity Building strengths of eBSI's International Trade Specialist Accreditation Online Certificate Program were discussed. eBSI's training offering has already been disseminated through channels of the Romanian Ministry of Economy with a number of partners discussing terms for collaboration.
The specific advantage of the ITS Accreditation program as a tool for Trade Promotion Organisations in their Export Capacity Building Efforts in SMEs was discussed with the on-going projects between eBSI Export Academy and exporTT, the Export Promotion Organisation of Trinidad & Tobago and that of the Moldovan Investment and Export Promotion Organisation being discussed.
eBSI Export Academy worked with ICC Ireland, the Irish National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce to deliver a seminar on Incoterms 2010 rules on 24 February last.
The event was hosted and organised in collaboration with Dublin Chamber of Commerce at their training facility in Dublin.
The event, sponsored by eBSI Export Academy, included participants included logistics and export staff from Bulgari. Ancestry DNA, CMC Coal Marketing and a number of legal firms in Ireland. Thomas Smith, CEO of eBSI delivered an introduction to the material and to ICC Ireland and its role in trade and introduced the main speaker for the day.
