Mr Cruickshank is a Customs Policy Advisor with over 30 years experience in trade administration, technical trade advisory and senior managerial services.

He worked for the Canadian Government’s Customs Administration for 25 years, with latest position as National Director of Revenue Accounting. At the moment Douglas works with USAID in Central Asia.

Mr Cruickshank enjoyed more than 12 years international experience in trade and transport facilitation and customs administration with the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations and the USAID. He has experience in over 75 countries.
